Les Journées Techniques Vigne et Vin Bio sont consacrées à l’ensemble des sujets propres à la filière viticole bio.
Le principe: faire intervenir les meilleurs spécialistes sur un format court de conférences ou en atelier terrain.
Ces journées s’adressent aux vignerons Bio, mais pas seulement ! Les vignerons conventionnels ainsi que tous les experts de la filière (techniciens, œnologues, conseillers, etc.) sont bien sûr invités à découvrir les dernières techniques et actualités en bio.
